Sample Itinerary
|
| Day 01 |
Arrival at Lahore. You will be met at the airport and transported to your
designated hotel along with your luggage. Afternoon city tour (in case
of morning arrival). Overnight stay in Lahore.

| Day 02 |
Full day city tour of Lahore to visit the Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque,
the tombs of Emperor Jehangir and Noor Jehan as well as the Lahore Museum
and Shalimar Gardens. Overnight stay in Lahore.

| Day 03 |
Leave for Rawalpindi by road (4-5 hrs drive) Check in at hotel. After
lunch sightseeing of Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Over night stay in hotel in
Rawalpindi

| Day 04 |
Leave for Peshawar. Enroute visit Taxila Museum and sightseeing. Arrive
at Peshawar. Check in at Hotel. After lunch visit Museum and the colorful
Bazaars of Peshawar. Overnight stay in Hotel, Peshawar.

| Day 05 |
Full day excursion to the famous Khyber Pass and back to Peshawar for
the night.
|
| Day 06 |
Departure by coach for Swat. Enroute stop at Takhtbai which is an ancient
Buddhist monastery dating back to 540 A.D. Check in at hotel. Afternoon,
visit to Swat Museum and sightseeing. Overnight stay in Saidu Sharif.

| Day 07 |
Departure for Miandam and Kalam. Lunch at Kalam. Group returns to Miandam.
Overnight stay in Miandam.

| Day 08 |
Coach departure over Shangla Pass to Besham and onwards to Gilgit with
packed lunches. Afternoon visit to Shatial and Chillas to see the rock
carvings. Overnight stay in Gilgit.

| Day 09 |
Departure for Hunza. Sightseeing all along the route, which is surrounded
by some of the tallest mountains in the world, and dominated by the Rakaposhi
peak. Hunza is itself known for the longevity of the residents. Overnight
stay at Karimabad/Aliabad.

| Day 10 |
Full day excursion of upper Hunza valley up to Sust. Overnight stay in
Karimabad/Aliabad
|
| Day 11 |
Departure for Gilgit. Afternoon, witness polo match especially arranged
for the group. Polo originated in Gilgit and is still found there in its
roughest form. Overnight stay in Motel, Gilgit.

| Day 12 |
By road to Besham (8-hrs. drive) for overnight stay.
|
| Day 13 |
Besham to Rawalpindi (5 hrs. drive) Overnight stay in a hotel in Rawalpindi.
|
| Day 14 |
You will be transported from your hotel to the airport for your destination
flight.
