Sample Itinerary
Day 01

The trek for Nanga Parbat starts from the Raikot Bridge, about 45 miles south of Gilgit. The journey will commence early morning from Rawalpindi by bus via Karakoram Highway. We will reach the bridge by the evening. A two-day walk from there will enable us to reach fairy Meadows.

Day 02

Toughest day of the trek - this day requires a steep climb of over 3,000 feet with added disadvantages of no shade or water. The terrain is not difficult or dangerous but tiring and strenuous.

Day 03

Continuing the journey to Fairy Meadows, the walk is fairly tiring, but now the surroundings offer a great deal of pleasure. True to its name, fairy meadows hold lush green meadows, gushing crystal clear spring water and towering pine trees which generously provide cool shade. Above all, the majestic Nanga Parbat - "the naked mountain" stands tall and proud for you to behold. This sight is enough to drive away the tiredness of many a weary trekker.

Day 04

The trek to the Behal Camp is an easy and pleasant three mile walk. The rest of the day is spent relaxing.

Day 05

We take a one day trip to the base of Nanga Parbat and return to Behal Camp.

Day 06 - 09

Commence return journey via same route, camping at same sites.

Day 10

Arrive in Rawalpindi.
